Press play on this HIIT routine that blends strength, power cardio, and balance exercises for a holistic approach to energizing and toning your body.
I used a set of 3kg/6.5lbs, 5kg/11Lbs, 7kg/15lbs & 7.5kg/16.5lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.

Ok so i have a plan to loose 5 kilos in a week
its navratre so i can legit eat nothing ,so no eating for a week and doing this workout 3 times a day

Okay. I'll do it for 1 month. I've always started doing exercises and stopped midway. Not consistent at all. But this time I'll make sure to do it(God help me). For diet I'm going for portion control and 15 hour fasting.
Weight: 64 kg
Target weight: 54 kg
I'll keep you guys updated. Just pray for me so that I don't give up😭
