    So I'm starting this on 12th october coz I have to go vacation lol[ I'm also doing burn belly fat of 10 min. By chloe along with it]
    Day 1:✅️my waist is 30 currently hope for the best!! I'm doing 16:8 intermittent fasting with it!
    Day 2:✅️ today I replaced belly fat video with lower abs workout
    Day 3:✅️ I did burn belly fat of 10min,10 min pirates and this today!!(basically I'm focusing on my tummy and small waist)

    I did chloe ting 2019 -14 day shred challenge and i lost 2 inches from belly area and 1 inch from my waist. the exercises are really hard but i did it.just trust the process and you can also get hourglass figure.

    I have just finished the whole month, honestly it works! I got my abs very strong but you have to keep going to mantain them! (And dieting will help you a lot with the definition)

    Wait i still dont get it.. there are 6 vids in the two week shred challenge playlist.. does the 2 week shred challenge mean that we have to exercise 1 vid each day for 2 weeks or does that mean we have to follow any 1 exercise vid for 2 weeks?

    October 2024 : Day 1 of doing this workout at the same time doing a bit of weights at the gym(Once or twice during weekends 🫢) I'm skinny as heck and I want to strengthen up my body as well as get those toned abs. Please like to remind me to keep going. 🫶🏻
