Raoul Pal believes Bitcoin may still be trading below the level suggested by global liquidity, creating a potentially powerful setup before the market catches up. According to the Real Vision founder and former Goldman Sachs executive, liquidity remains the most important macro force influencing Bitcoin, crypto, technology stocks, and other risk assets.

In this video, Raoul Pal explains why Bitcoin’s recent consolidation does not necessarily mean the bull cycle is over. His liquidity models suggest Bitcoin is currently trading at a discount relative to improving financial conditions. While he does not expect an immediate straight-line rally, he believes expanding global liquidity could eventually push Bitcoin significantly higher.

Pal’s analysis focuses on US narrow liquidity, which has historically led Bitcoin by roughly 45 days. This measure has not yet accelerated enough to produce a major breakout, but he expects conditions to improve as the yield curve steepens, banks increase lending, and governments continue refinancing enormous debt obligations.

The discussion also explores Raoul Pal’s “Everything Code,” a macro framework developed through more than three decades of studying financial markets. Pal argues that the global economy now operates through recurring debt-refinancing cycles. As governments and businesses roll over their debts, central banks and financial institutions are often forced to create additional liquidity to prevent economic instability.
