    Amy – your older workouts are so amazing and seem way more challenging and cardio intense than more recent ones. Please bring back this style. I mean no disrespect because in my eyes you can do no wrong lol. I have you to thank for staying fit as a mom of soon to be 3 under age 5 😅 but wow I feel the difference when I do these. ❤❤❤

    I've been doing this workout since 2018 & it's still a favorite! These are classic moves made fun that really work the whole body, even at an advanced level.
