    This is good burner of anna's workout but not as i am doing anna's 30 minutes post Christmas cookie burner workout it was soo hard and burn will be insane in that 30 minutes workout but this is not as hard as that one and the it is not killer work out as 30 minutes workout the one i do of anna's work out i mean i didnt felt that much burn through this workout as much as 30 minutes workout i do of anna's as i personally felt that

This kettlebell full body workout 35 minutes consists of 4 exercises for 30 seconds, 45, and 60 seconds and then back down the ladder of 60, 45, 30. This is a great complete kettlebell full body workout for roughly 35 minutes. . Males can use a 16 and 12 kg kettlebell and females I would recommend a 12 and 8 kg kettlebell.
