    Woo! That was an intense one. I'm grateful for the time to be present and focus on the breath, even when I wanted to stop. It was a good opportunity to practice patience and love through hard poses. It was a good opportunity to TRUST! And I'm grateful you offered the idea to get a drink of water in the middle of the practice haha! I needed it! 🩷

    My dog, Molly, has never been very cuddly and doesn't usually hang out with me while I do yoga. But she's 15 now and has lost most of her hearing and eyesight, so when I roll out my mat, it's a way for her to know I'm nearby and on the ground with her. Today she curled up right next to me at the beginning and insisted that I pet her, finally moving to stand directly underneath me during the first down dog. It was a beautiful moment.

    Great practice today, I'm loving the 'REKINDLE' practices this month. Today I found myself half way through the practice, reminiscing on my past. At first I was thinking about a past love, then I was just thinking about my past in general. In the end I had to remind myself to come back to my breath, and back to the here, and now. I do wander into my past a lot, it's something I'm working on not doing as much. Thank you for giving me, so many tools to stick to the here, and now. I feel so much better after doing this practice with you. Have a great rest of your day Adriene, and everyone who practiced alongside me today. See you tomorrow, Namaste. 🙏 ❤

This kettlebell full body workout 35 minutes consists of 4 exercises for 30 seconds, 45, and 60 seconds and then back down the ladder of 60, 45, 30. This is a great complete kettlebell full body workout for roughly 35 minutes. . Males can use a 16 and 12 kg kettlebell and females I would recommend a 12 and 8 kg kettlebell.
