    Day 1 75.0 kgs (165.3 pounds)

    Started yesterday 15 oct with 74,4 kg. My goal : 58 kg (- 15 kg)
    Iยดm going to do 15-20 minutes 4 days per week, Iยดll keep updating my journey.
    15 oct -> 74,4 kg
    16 oct -> 73 kg (did 17 minutes)
    17 oct -> 72,5 kg (wow, this really works! Iยดm eating healthy but no diet at all, really happy with only 15 minutes!)

    I saved this video a year ago to try 1 day. Today is that day! I'm 6'1", 280lbs (solid not sloppy) & I was exhausted at 11sets! I'm doing these exercises again this evening & maybe I can do 17 sets! ๐Ÿ˜‚ Good workout, but not unbearable.

    Sophomore in high school got a little chubby over the summer break ๐Ÿ˜‚, I do this workout whenever I can in the mornings, at night, mid day, this is a good cardio workout. I can see a big difference in my face fat already thanks man!

    I'm 17, 5'6 and 164 lbs.

    Day one: completed!(15 mins)
    Day two: I could only do 15 mins again because I had school. I did walk about 5k steps
    Day three: DID IT COMPLETELY!

Hey Team #everydaywarrior,
get ready for a NEW super sweaty Upper Body Focused Workout – with Dumbbells (I was using 2x 5 kg for your reference).
Letโ€™s target our entire Upper Body, as always Core is also involved so make sure to engage it the whole time. We also hit some conditioning moves with Weights in between. ๐Ÿ’ฆ

For some of the exercises I used the momentum – so I did them faster, don’t get irritated – follow your own tempo. For example with the Kneeling Clean Press I needed some extra Tension – that’s why I pushed them faster. You can also do them a lot slower and really controlled.
Either Way works for the Muscle Tension. ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

P.S.: I decided to skip the finisher.. (spontaneously). Maybe you know what this means.๐Ÿค“
So, make sure to make this one as intense as it’s supposed to be. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. Also make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to rest some more if you need to. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ
