Monday: Wall Pushups
Tuesday: Short Bridges
Wednesday: Twist Holds
Thursday: Knee Tucks
Friday: Jackknife Squats / Wall Sits
Saturday: Wall Pushups
Sunday: REST

    He put his hair down, has he done that before? Not a bad thing, mind you, I just wasn’t expecting it.
    And for the push/pull ups you can use one hand to get some rotational strength going for core stability.

    I'll be putting out an intermediate and an advanced version of this! Most of the detail will be in the routine page, but these will give examples.

    Some of these videos are older videos I made a few months ago. That's why the style and camera quality is a bit different. Back then, I did everything on the front camera of my phone, hahaha.

    Come to think of it, all of my most popular videos were done on my phone. What did I even buy this camera for?? Haha.
