Hollow hold
Supermans

Windshield wipers

2 Rounds
6x single leg deadlift / balance
15x jump squats
12x jump lunges

5 rounds
12x deadlift
9x hang power clean
6x shoulder to overhead

Make sure you warm up and cool down appropriately and scale movements as needed.
