Dubai’s FIX Dessert Chocolatier announces new pop-up at Museum of the Future

FIX Dessert Chocolatier will kick off the new year with a pop-up experience at Dubai’s Museum of the Future, running from January 2 to January 11, 2026.

The home-grown brand behind The Original Dubai Chocolate will showcase its signature dessert bars at the new pop-up store with the activation coinciding with anticipation around FIX’s first flavour release of 2026.

The pop-up has been developed in collaboration with Careem and will feature interactive elements alongside the brand’s core product offering.

FIX has built a strong following through limited releases and closely guarded recipes.

The experience will be open daily from 9am to 9pm throughout the pop-up period. Details of the new flavour release have not yet been disclosed.

FIX Dessert Chocolatier was founded in Dubai in 2021 by Sarah Hamouda and Yezen Alani. The brand gained international attention through its Can’t Get Knafeh of It chocolate bar and has since built a global audience across markets including the UK, Mexico, Japan and Thailand.
