Molly-Mae, Tommy and Bambi donned matching pyjamas on Christmas Eve
In a heart-warming post on Christmas Eve, former Love Island star Molly-Mae Hague shared an image of herself, partner Tommy Fury and their daughter Bambi wearing matching pyjamas in front of a Christmas tree. Bambi is sitting on top of their knee, as the couple share a Christmas smooch.
The influencer took to Instagram to share the image, which has racked up more than 500K likes and nearly 500 comments, including one in particular from boxer and brother of Tyson Fury Tommy Fury who wrote: “Happiness”, with a red love heart emoji.
Captioning the post, Molly-Mae wrote: “Just want to soak up this evening”, with a few emojis. The pair met on Love Island in 2019 as part of Season 5. Although they didn’t win the show, they soon became the “it couple” and regularly shared glimpses into their personal lives, which saw them get engaged and have their only daughter, Bambi.
Last year, the couple publicly announced their split shortly followed by Molly’s Amazon Prime series, Behind It All, which was originally meant to be a documentary leading up to their wedding day.
At the time, Molly took to her Instagram and shared: “Never in a million years did I think I’d ever have to write this. After five years of being together I never imagined our story would end, especially not this way. I am extremely upset to announce that mine and Tommy’s relationship has come to an end.
“I will forever be grateful for the most important thing to me now and always, my beautiful daughter. Without us there would be no her, she will always be my priority.
“I want to thank you all for the love you have shown us over the last five years. You have all been a part of our journey and I feel it’s right to share this with you all. Whilst I attempt to navigate the coming days and weeks please kindly respect my privacy over this difficult time, I’ll be back when it feels right. Molly-Mae x (sic)”.
But shortly after the Prime documentary was released, Tommy and Molly were seen hanging out once again and have seemingly reconciled after their breakup.
The TV star uploads regular vlogs on her YouTube channel, and recently shared her and Bambi’s Christmas plans this year, with her and Tommy hosting the Fury family. She said: “It’s actually hilarious we’re hosting Christmas Day because I couldn’t be any less organised for that.
“But do you know what? Tommy’s family are so chilled, and I’m just so chilled that I don’t really think anyone really cares. I don’t think they’re really expecting much to be honest. I think we’re just all going to be together.
“We’re going to have Christmas dinner. I think I’m cooking half, and Tommy’s Mum is cooking half, and she’s cooking the meat and the potatoes and I think I’m doing the veg. But I also need to get prepped for that.”
And over on Molly-Mae’s Instagram she has shared snapshots of her Christmas so far which includes practicing her cauliflower cheese, getting the house ready for hosting, a picture of Tommy standing outside with a bunch of flowers, prepping all the veg for dinner, and a snap of her sister Zoe Rae.
