Arrest after Honda motorcycle stolen in Sherburn in Elmet

The red Honda Hornet 600cc was taken without its keys from a garden shed in Horsa Place, Sherburn in Elmet, near Selby, at 7.20am on Tuesday (December 24).

North Yorkshire Police said the motorcycle has now been recovered and it has arrested a suspect in relation to the offence. The force said its investigation remains ongoing.

A police spokesperson said the motorcycle, with registration T827 YDV, was reportedly seen leaving Horsa Place on to Fairfield Link before turning left on to the Fairway towards Low Street on Tuesday.
