Car smashes into Bolton shopfront in Boxing Day crash
The incident took place on Halliwell Road, near its junction with Harvey Street, at around 1.20pm on Friday, December 26.
It took place between two cars, with one going into a shopfront, Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service said.
Crew manager Abbott of Bolton North Fire Station said that the crash took place between two cars on the road, one of which “went into a shop, damaging the shutters on the front of the shop”.
He added: “The lady was out of the car on our arrival and was shaken up.”
It is understood that she was taken into an ambulance at the scene.

Firefighters made sure that the building was safe.
North West Ambulance Service and Greater Manchester Police have been approached for comment.
