Motorcyclist injured in Yorkshire Wolds crash near Wetwang

Police are appealing for witnesses to the crash which also involved a silver Kia Rio.

Officers said the motorcyclist is 51 years old.  He was riding a red Honda motorcycle when the two vehicles collided on the A166 York Road near to its junction with the B1248 near Wetwang, east Yorkshire.

The crash happened at about 1.30pm. Police and ambulance services attended the crash and the motorcyclist was taken to hospital.
