Manchester United scouting Yan Diomande

Manchester United are among the clubs interested in a 2026 deal for RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande, according to Fabrizio Romano.

The well-known and well-respected journalist has claimed that Tottenham Hotspur have also taken a shine to the 19-year-old Ivory Coast international winger.

Romano said on his YouTube channel: “I’m told there are several Premier League clubs following this boy.

“He’s playing for Red Bull Leipzig, doing very well, also for Ivory Coast at the AFCON.

“He’s a very talented winger with dribbling, with pace. He’s a very good player, very good talent, very interesting, with big potential

“For young man Diomande, what I can tell you is that among many clubs, it’s not only about these two.

“But among many clubs, recently Manchester United and Tottenham were on a mission to scout this boy.”

Diomande has made 16 appearances for Leipzig this season. The 19-year-old Ivory Coast international has scored seven goals and provided four assists in those games.
