North Yorkshire Police appeal over Harrogate car theft

Police say in late November 2025, a black Mercedes C-Class (registration WD17GYO) was stolen from Cranesbill Close.

Following extensive enquiries, officers have recently secured CCTV footage from the Castleford area. This footage suggests the vehicle was being driven South shortly after the theft.

North Yorkshire police has today (Sunday) released an image of a man it believes may have crucial information that could assist our investigation. The force is keen to speak with him as soon as possible.
