    lots of wobbles and hesitancy but its the technical way they move that mesmerizes. So precise, so elongated, so perfect. It's so unfair that they do skills on this event better than any other nation yet because they are inconsistent and will bobble out of moves, they'll be scored equal to lower than others who are messie  in the air but consistent in landings. 

    As a side, I love Huang Huidan, and i'm so sad that word around the chinese gymternet is that she wont make a deeper Chinese team next year unless she becomes more well rounded:(

    Bai Yawen has the most exquisite lines.  I'm so disappointed they didn't use her in team finals and may be pulling her out of beam finals too.

we are back with another intense KETTLEBELL Workout – hope you guys are ready!
We changed a lot in our design, feel free to give us feedback how you like everything after completing the workout.

As almost every of my workouts, this one is super sweaty! We will be working in Supersets. But we will have breaks, no worries. 😋
I am using a 12 kg Kettlebelll. Please make sure to choose your weight wisely.
