Anthony Joshua ‘pulled from wreckage’ of fatal car crash

The incident reportedly occurred along a busy highway of the Lagos-Ibadan expressway in Makun, Nigeria at around 11am on Monday.

Anthony Joshua has been involved in a car crash which has seen two people die, according to reports.

The incident reportedly occurred along a busy highway of the Lagos-Ibadan expressway in Makun, Nigeria at around 11am on Monday, December 29.

The boxer, who recently beat Jake Paul on his return to the ring, was in a Lexus jeep and collided with a stationary truck.

The circumstances around the incident are still being investigated.

Joshua has been pulled from the scene and he only sustained minor injuries, but it is understood that two people died at the scene, reports Punch.

The British boxer was seated behind the driver, with another person beside him. In total there were four people in the Lexus. His security detail was in the vehicle behind them before the crash.
