    Great workout! I have been following since January of 23, and have made a lot of progress. I started with just body weight exercises, and now use dumbbells, and keep increasing the weights. Still have a long way to go, but progress is rewarding. Thanks for the videos!

    Please do some videos without music or just turn it down can barley hear you ! Some of us live in an apartment and don’t want to be offensive to neighbors . The music is also annoying .

    Thanks for uploading this video man! I'm used to doing the same exercise for 3-4 sets, then moving out to a new one. Never done one where the sets are spread out like this, but I felt it pushing my body. Nice challenge that I enjoyed.

    I had a question, i am not sure if you still gonna reply or not but i am wondering about the weight you are using. you said it was 12.5 KG, 8KG and 4KG. the question is 12.5 KG is t 12.5 each? or is it like 6.25 KG each. or 8 KG each or is it 4KG each.

    also i only have like a pair of 5KG dumbells (each) at home some of the exercises i can reach like full on. but some feels like almost impossible to do.

    When working out you need to concentrate on what you're doing but music takes away from that concentration , especially when it sounds like you're in a gay bar !

This Total Body Summer Workout will help you with your legs, butt, core, abs and upper body. Whether you are here to feel a good burn OR or to simply burn some calories – if you want an all-in-one workout in the sun, this is the one for you.

Filmed in Düsseldorf, Germany, this workout consists of 4 different sections:

Each section has 3 rounds with 3 exercises @ 45sec each:
Part 1:
Double Jump + Alternating Kicks / 4x High Knee and Butt Kick / Plank Jumping Jacks
Part 2:
Jump Lunges + Jump Squats In & Out / Alternating Double Tap Backs / Alternating Walking Bridges
Part 3:

*full body HIIT 🔥
00:00 – 00:29 Intro
00:30 – 04:33 Warm up
04:20 – 34:56 Workout (Circuit Training: 45 sec ON, 15 sec rest ☺️).
We are doing two rounds of the entire circuit – for that extra pump for sure.
34:56 – 40:04 Finisher
40:04 – 44:29 Cooldown

Equipment: a long, light resistance band – using strength 1
