    Hey Kay! This might be an odd comment; have you changed the sound / speakers for your workouts? I only have the music in one headphone and the beep in the other. It's odd for me as it seems like one is dead. I like putting them in and tuning the the world out, while I focus on getting sweaty. I still love your workouts but this puts a bit of a damper on the overall effect. Thank you for all you do. Seriously one of THE BEST!

    Leider bekomme ich seit diesem Upload und bei allen neueren Videos danach keinen Stereosound mehr, sprich ich hab die Musik nur auf einer Seite der Kopfhörer und auf der anderen Seite nur das Piepen des Timers. Das ist leider super ärgerlich, insbesondere wenn man die workouts wie ich im Studio macht und dann auf dem Ohr ohne Sound noch parallel die Studiomusik hört 😩
    Es wär mega, wenn ihr vielleicht herausfinden könntet woran das liegt und es wieder ändern könntet ❤️
    Ist das Problem bei anderen auch aufgetreten?

    Doing a wood chop kettlebell swing is extremely dangerous, as one can bang his/her hips and knees.
