I’m a fit gran at 55 & my goddess-like body attracts young men
A SUPER fit gran has revealed the secrets behind her enviable figure at the age of 55.
Age-defying Andréa Sunshine lifted the lid on how she attracts men half her age, with many admirers hailing her a “goddess.”
Andréa recently set pulses racing as she posed for some recent gym photos showing off her muscles.
The fitness influencer and life coach wrote: “Resilience looks a lot like this. I stayed focused.
“I stayed disciplined. I stayed true to myself.
“The year is ending, but the work never stops.”
Andréa revealed she has some strict rules for keeping her physique toned, and typically sticks to a high-protein diet.
In fact, she previously confessed she eats a whopping 15 eggs a day, which works out at 450 a month and 5,400 per year.
She also swears by bringing snacks wherever she goes, and has confessed to even taking them on dates.
Andréa explained: “My dates simply laugh – as most people do.
“Most of the time, the people I date are in the same field as me, or very fitness-active.
“They understand that someone like me must follow some rules from time to time.
“When I’m away from home for a while, I put my eggs in a Tupperware or zipped bag and bring them with me, regardless of where I go. I’ve got to stick to my routine and I’m not about to give that up for anyone.”
Andréa’s youthful appearance has attracted younger men in the past, and even led to her having a “fling” with twins who were half her age.
She shared: “I’ve had many holiday romances before, but this one was something entirely different.
“At first, I was quite surprised, because I thought I’d feel really uncomfortable being with twins at the same time, but I actually found the experience mind blowing.
“It wasn’t just about sex, there was a clear emotional bond between us.
“It was just so incredibly unique.
“Since I am experienced and self-assured, I was able to navigate our desires for one another into something valuable.
“We met every day and spent the night together many times, always in special and sensual places. It made me feel alive; like I was reborn.”
Gym bunny
Unsurprisingly, she is also very dedicated to her training, and does a minimum of three hours of exercise each day.
The gran reportedly does an hour of intense cardio every day, before weight training – her favourite part of her gym routine.
Many people have been impressed with her recent snaps, with them being liked thousands of times, and have even seen her being mistaken for her 28-year-old daughter’s sister.
One fan wrote: “So beautiful, always focused, very persistent. Congratulations.”
Another added: “What a goddess.”
And a third commented: “To get that shape you have to have a lot of resilience.”
Ignoring trolls
While she has racked up a legion of fans, Andréa shared how trolls sometimes dub her muscles as “masculine.”
However, she shrugs off any insults and says she’s dedicated to her training.
She told the Daily Star: “People call me a beast. I don’t like the attention. When I am on my session I hate to be disturbed.”
