Second Dancing On Ice pairing revealed as soap star lands expert pro who’s been on the show for 10 years
THE second Dancing On Ice pairing has been revealed ahead of the 2025 series.
Dancing On Ice returns in January and the star-studded line-up of celebrities taking part has already been announced.
Yesterday The Sun told how Love Island’s Chris Taylor has partnered up with Vanessa Bauer for the competition.
Now we can reveal Hollyoaks star Chelsee Healey is teaming up with Andy Buchanan.
Andy joined Dancing On Ice in 2024. Since his debut he’s been paired up with the likes of Rebekah Vardy and Hannah Spearritt.
An insider told The Sun: “Chelsee is over-the-moon after being paired up with Andy.
“He’s been on the show for a long time so she knows she’s in safe hands.
“Chelsee is looking forward to getting stuck in and knows she and Andy will make a great team.”
Chris and Vanessa’s pairing came after The Sun told how Towie star Dan Edgar had begged bosses not to be paired with her.
Vanessa previously skated with Dan’s pal Joey Essex and the duo enjoyed a brief romance.
A source said: “Vanessa is an incredible skater but Dan wanted to keep things really professional and stick by his mate.
“Joey and Vanessa did not end badly, but it just felt like the easiest solution.”
Also taking part in the upcoming series are stars including EastEnders legend Charlie Brooks and Ferne McCann.

Jake Paul reveals presidential endorsement in 20-minute video
YouTuber-turned-professional boxer Jake Paul has publicly endorsed Donald Trump for the 2024 presidential election.
In a 20-minute video posted to his social media accounts on Thursday (October 31), the 27-year-old influencer shared that while he rescinded his right to vote after moving to Puerto Rico in pursuit of becoming a boxing world champion, “that doesn’t mean I can’t present my 80 million large audience with proper facts, numbers and data to encourage them to vote in the proper direction to quite literally save America.”
Before launching into his arguments, Paul began by condemning comedian Tony Hinchcliffe for his recent joke in which he called the Caribbean island “floating garbage” at Trump’s October 27 New York City rally.
“Obviously he’s doing his job, trying to be funny, but him talking smack about Puerto Rico was not funny,” he said, going on to claim: “These aren’t Donald Trump’s views; it was a comedian who made a bad joke.”
He continued by listing the “number of problems America is facing,” including “wars, health, guns, jobs, economy, inflation, border control, freedom of speech.”
“I think we can all agree that things just don’t feel right; America doesn’t feel good. It shows that we are more divided than ever, and I can’t just sit back and watch this blasphemy unfold in front of me any longer,” Paul said.
“What is the problem? Democrats have been in power for 12 of the last 16 years, so if we aren’t happy… then who is to blame?”
Slamming the “liberal” media for painting Trump as a “bad guy,” he said: “I’m not concerned with Donald Trump’s character flaws or what he’s done in the past. What I’m concerned with is how good of a president he is. Because that is his job and that is what’s going to affect the people of this nation.”
At one point in the video, he brought up the issue of abortion and women’s rights, saying: “Donald Trump was the president before for four years. What rights as a woman were taken away from you?

“The answer is none,” he argued. “Donald Trump wants to put the power into the hands of each state to determine whether abortions are legal there or not.”
He then implored his female viewers not to be “single-issue voters.”
“I like the fact that Donald Trump is a businessman, who has billions of dollars and won’t be influenced by some deal or some treaty that’s going to make himself personally rich,” he added.
In conclusion, Paul claimed that during Trump’s first presidency, there was peace in the world.
He brought up America’s funding of the wars in Ukraine and Israel, saying that it has left the national budget depleted of money that should be there to help Americans reeling from hurricane damage.
Playing a clip of Harris at a previous press conference announcing that FEMA had provided hurricane victims with $750, Paul said: “I remind you, that is the current presidential administration where Trump had peace in the world. Why? Because people respect him.
“Imagine Vladimir Putin, one of the most powerful, hard men on the planet in a meeting with Kamala Harris talking about war. Yeah, right,” he said. “People forget Trump went and shook hands – the first president to do it to go to North Korea make friends with Kim Jong-Un, friends with Putin because they respect him and that is why the world was at peace.”

Strictly’s JB Gill breaks silence on Amy Dowden’s collapse and reveals challenges with new partner Lauren
STRICTLY’S JB Gill has broken his silence about his difficult training week after his pro partner Amy Dowden collapsed.
This Saturday, the show’s first ever Icons Week, JB will take to the dancefloor with Lauren Oakley for the first time as Amy takes a week off after falling ill.
Amy, who has Chron’s Disease and has just completed treatment for breast cancer, collapsed on Saturday night shortly after performing on the live show.
It meant JB appeared on the results show alone while she was rushed to hospital to be checked over.
Speaking to OJ Borg on BBC Radio Two today, JB said of his partnership with Amy: “We’ve been able to build an incredible rapport over the last six/seven weeks and it’s been great going to the training room with her and working on the new routine and, you know, for me, learning different styles – whether it’s a Ballroom style or new Latin style – and then watching that process sort of, as it builds, into the show that we put on, on the Saturday night.
“So, to not have her in rehearsals this week has been a bit surreal. But you know, the best thing […] is that she’s taken some time to get better. We’re obviously wishing her all the best as she recovers.”
While she is given time off to recover, professional dancer Lauren will be stepping in to perform with JB this week, with the pair set to perform a Couple’s Choice routine to a Bruno Mars medley.
However, the change in pro comes with its own challenges after weeks of getting used to one partner.
Discussing on how he is adapting to working with Lauren, JB revealed: “Well, of course everybody’s different and especially when you’re doing partner work – Amy’s slightly shorter than Lauren, you know, there are little sort of bits and pieces that are different for each of them.
“So for me coming into that and not, obviously, being a professional, it’s just about having to adapt to how they dance.”
“The good thing about this week is that I’m doing my couples choice, so it’s not so much Ballroom hold or Latin partner work and lifts and so on,” he added.
“It’s gonna be a bit more, I guess, individual side by side, because it’s icons week this weekend on the show and we’re gonna have a chance to express ourselves together.
“So actually, I feel like it’s gonna be a good way for me to, you know, to approach obviously the changes that we’ve had this week.”

Kim Kardashian’s son Saint West’s YouTube channel taken down following anti-Harris posts
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s eldest son, Saint West, appears to have deleted his YouTube channel after two posts bashing Vice President Kamala Harris were shared from his account.
The eight-year-old shared two memes about the Democratic nominee from his channel @TheGoatSaint before they were taken down.
One post was of an illustration of an angry man lifting his foot to look at the sole of his shoe, with the words “I stepped in s***” written above him. A photo of Harris is then displayed on the shoe.
Another clip shared on his channel included a photo of Harris overlayed with the popular GIF of the Saved by the Bell cast saying the words “dumb,” “stupid,” “crazy,” and “dangerous.”
The message, “This page isn’t available. Sorry about that. Try searching for something else,” now appears when trying to access the channel.
The Independent has contacted Kardashian’s representative for comment.
Kardashian had originally allowed her son to start his own YouTube channel in September after he signed an “extensive contract.”
At the time, the reality star, 44, promoted his channel on her Instagram Story, writing “Please Subscribe!”
In a separate Story, Kardashian included a photo of the handwritten contract, in which Saint agreed that he would not “comment on any personal family information” or “film any personal information” for his YouTube. He also “must show [his] mom or guardian all videos before” posting them and delete his videos if his mother tells him to for any reason. The contract noted that if Saint doesn’t listen to all the rules listed, Kardashian “could make [his] page private or delete [his] account.”
Within a week of his channel’s creation, he had posted 33 videos and already amassed 13,000 subscribers.

Saint is one of four children born to Kardashian and West. The former couple, who were married from 2014 to 2022, also share daughters North, 11, and Chicago, six, and son Psalm, five.
The exes have famously expressed opposing political views. Controversial rapper West, 47, has been an outspoken Donald Trump supporter since the 2016 election. He again threw his support behind the Republican nominee in February, telling paparazzi: “It’s Trump all day.”
Meanwhile, Kardashian publicly supported Hilary Clinton in 2016, then writing on her now-defunct KKW Beauty app: “Without a doubt I stand with Hillary. I’m with her.”
She later celebrated Joe Biden’s win in 2020, tweeting three blue hearts alongside a photo of Biden and Harris.
Speaking to Variety editor-in-chief and author Ramin Setoodeh for his 2024 book Apprentice in Wonderland: How Donald Trump and Mark Burnett Took America Through the Looking Glass, Trump admitted that he had felt “betrayed” by Kardashian’s support of Biden.
“I was disappointed in Kim,” the former president said. “I get along with her fine. I got along with her then-husband — in fact, he endorsed me and all that stuff.”
While Kardashian has yet to endorse either candidate this year, on Wednesday (October 30), she wished Trump’s daughter Ivanka a happy birthday.
“No one sweeter than you […] Happy Birthday,” she wrote on her Instagram Story, sharing a selfie of the two of them.
