London Has Best IPO Year Since 2021, PwC Report Says

London had its best year for initial public offerings since 2021—raising 1.9 billion pounds ($2.56 billion) through 11 IPOs—as a late surge in listings eased fears that the city is stuck in a fundraising drought.

In its December quarterly report, PwC said that more than two-thirds of the total raised in London came in the second half of 2025. The bourse only raised $248 million in first nine months of the year, the lowest amount in 35 years, according to Bloomberg data.
