šŸŽƒHAPPY HALLOWEEN Team, how about a spooky full-body workout. All you need is a pumpkin, but you can also use a dumbbell. Are you ready to burn some SPOOKY calories?šŸ‘» The workout is especially fun with the whole family. Ok, letā€˜s do it!šŸ’ŖšŸ»

Improve yourself by getting faster from workout to workout. If you want, you can also use dumbbells for some exercises.

If you can’t do the exercises for 40 seconds, do each exercise for just 30 seconds. Then you have a little break in between.
