Brooklyn Beckham and wife Nicola Peltz Beckham partied in Florida as the New Year rolled in, whilst David and Victoria Beckham shared heartfelt Instagram posts seemingly aimed at their eldest son
Brooklyn Beckham demonstrated that a family reconciliation was clearly not on his agenda as he celebrated the new year with wife Nicola Peltz Beckham. This comes whilst his parents, David and Victoria Beckham, appeared to extend an olive branch to their eldest son.
Brooklyn, 26, and Nicola, 30, looked to be having the time of their lives at a South Florida nightclub as 50 Cent performed following the midnight countdown. They were captured with their hands in the air and beaming smiles as they welcomed 2026 in spectacular fashion.
This occurs as Brooklyn’s parents seemed to make yet another bid to mend the family feud that has been bubbling away in public for months. Posting on Instagram, David initially shared 20 photographs reflecting on what he described as unforgettable moments.
Prominently featured were former Spice Girl Victoria and three of their children, Romeo, Cruz and Harper. Notably absent was any image of Brooklyn.
Nevertheless, the ex-England skipper subsequently posted a nostalgic photograph of just himself and son Brooklyn with their arms around each other from better days. “I love you all so much,” the father wrote, followed by a white heart emoji, reports the Mirror.
He also uploaded a black-and-white photograph of all his children and Victoria – who was cradling baby Harper. He captioned it: “You are my life. I Love you all, Love Daddy x. On to 2026.”
Whilst Victoria reposted her husband’s message on her own account, Brooklyn seems to persist in distancing himself from his family for his American lifestyle, according to images secured by TMZ. The fallout first became public on the eve of David’s 50th birthday when fans noticed that Brooklyn was absent from several family events.
This included both parents’ birthdays, and he also failed to acknowledge them on Instagram – a departure from his usual behaviour.
Brooklyn and Nicola continued to miss key family celebrations, including Sir David’s eagerly anticipated knighthood last year. The couple also renewed their vows without any of Brooklyn’s immediate family present.
As the feud continues to brew, it seems not all members of the Beckham family are ready to extend an olive branch. Despite David and Victoria’s public post, Romeo chose not to follow suit.
Instead, the 22 year old model tagged his parents, brother Cruz, 20, sister Harper, 14, and his girlfriend Kim Turnbull, 24, in a post about his year, conspicuously omitting Brooklyn. Romeo’s social media upload featured heartwarming photos with all his family.
He captioned his post: ‘Thanks 2025 now off to an even better 2026 Love you all @davidbeckham @victoriabeckham @cruzbeckham @kim_turnbull @harperbeckham. “.
Among the pictures shared were proud shots from their summer yacht trip and David’s medal from his Knighthood. There was also a sweet photo of him embracing his brother Cruz, with Kim featuring prominently as well.
