Give this intense 5 minute dumbbell bicep workout a try! You only need a pair of dumbbells so you can do this biceps workout right at home or at the gym. All experience levels can do this routine since it’s about you pushing yourself to get to your next level. Progressional methods are doing more weight, doing more reps and limiting excess rest so there is always a way to get better. There are 5 exercises and you’re getting as many reps as possible for 1 minute long each with no rest in between exercises. You can use this bicep circuit as a 1 round finisher at the end of your biceps training day or you can do 3-4 rounds resting 1-3 minutes in between rounds for a full volume biceps workout with dumbbells. Whatever works best for you to get them gains out of this world. A timer is run throughout on the screen for you to stay right on track and follow along. Let’s fight that burn and chase that pump together with this intense 5 minute dumbbell bicep workout!

Hey guys, today we are doing a basic full body workout.
We will start with a squat session followed by an abs part, an upper body part and a lunge session. We will end the workout with a two minute finisher.
All exercises are beginner friendly. You don’t need any weights or other equipment, just a mat, some water and good mood.
