Give this intense 5 minute dumbbell bicep workout a try! You only need a pair of dumbbells so you can do this biceps workout right at home or at the gym. All experience levels can do this routine since it’s about you pushing yourself to get to your next level. Progressional methods are doing more weight, doing more reps and limiting excess rest so there is always a way to get better. There are 5 exercises and you’re getting as many reps as possible for 1 minute long each with no rest in between exercises. You can use this bicep circuit as a 1 round finisher at the end of your biceps training day or you can do 3-4 rounds resting 1-3 minutes in between rounds for a full volume biceps workout with dumbbells. Whatever works best for you to get them gains out of this world. A timer is run throughout on the screen for you to stay right on track and follow along. Let’s fight that burn and chase that pump together with this intense 5 minute dumbbell bicep workout!

    I discovered your channel earlier in the year and for the past five months I have been regularly following a playlist of several of your first series of intense five minute dumbbell workouts five times a week and I also workout to the five minutes intense abs and obliques video, at least twice a day. I have already lost 30 pounds and my body fat percentage has been reduced from 27% to 22%. I still have a ways to go, but I have never been more fit in my life and I couldn't have gotten where I am now without these videos. THANKS SO MUCH!

    If I feel that below my bicep and not my actual biceps does that mean the weight to heavy?. Im using 20lbs until I cant then I use the 10lb
