LIVE WORKOUT 178 - 60 Minute FULL BODY LOW IMPACT half & half.



Crazy Train Full Body HIIT 8:45AM CST. It is that good ol’ LOW IMPACT half & half. First half we have our 4 blocks of work (5 exercises we do twice) 30 on:10 off (Loaded compound strength block- cardio compound block) After the first half, we have a loaded to unloaded Tabata half (20 on:10 off). We will be using 2 medium weights (12’s) and 1 Heavy (25lb.). Get your mat and hydration as it surely will be a sweaty mess!!!!

First half:
Block 1: 5×2: using 2 medium and 1 Heavy weight (every other) 30:10
Block 2: 5×2: using 2 mediums and body weight (loaded-unloaded) 30:10
Block 3: using 2 medium and 1 Heavy weight (every other) 30:10
Block 4: 5×2: using 2 mediums and body weight (loaded-unloaded) 30:10

Second Half: 1 Heavy Weight
Tabata Loaded- Unloaded

All experience levels can do this routine since it’s about you pushing yourself to get to your next level. Progressional methods are doing more weight, doing more reps and limiting excess rest so there is always a way to get better. There are 5 exercises and you’re getting as many reps as possible for 1 minute long each with no rest in between exercises. You can use this bicep circuit as a 1 round finisher at the end of your biceps training day or you can do 3-4 rounds resting 1-3 minutes in between rounds for a full volume biceps workout with dumbbells.
