40 MIN BEST INTENSE ABS / DEEP CORE / GLUTES WORKOUT – Lose Belly Fat / Get Tight Round Booty [ At Home ] is a SUPER EFFECTIVE at home full body exercise routine with a particular focus on your lower body.
If you want to lose belly fat and get a round booty, activating & strengthening the muscles isn’t the only thing you need to focus on. You need to burn the excess fat that “hides” the sixpack and reveal the shape of your glutes and hard-earned muscles. Keeping that in mind I have added a couple of high intensity cardio exercises to boost your metabolism and achieve the desired results! A short stretch is added to polish off the muscles.
