HOW I COLOR MY CURLY HAIR AT HOME (hair color update)
Full transparency… my hair color is not natural. And FYI I am licensed so check yourself before you attempt to try this at home 🤣
“NATURAL” Blonde transformation *done by a professional*
My natural color is a level 5, and my hair is fine in texture. It lifts relatively easy, but it also lifts warm (as does everyone’s). To get the best, most natural result with my color while keeping it bright and blended, this is what I do!
As a rule of thumb, I believe the best most “natural” hair color is 3 shades lighter than your natural level, in order to still be “low maintenance”.

Vacations/ trips are for work or pleasure, but either way, doesn’t mean it’s an excuse to go off the rails and not workout or not move your body AT ALL
That’s my personal view on it, but even some moving is better then none…
So I always pick a hotel that has some sort of gym, doesn’t have to be state of the art and I will make a great workout happen! 🔥
DBs and a bench or stair is all you need for this one
I had upper body day, so that is what this is
Decline push ups 3 sets of 5-7 reps
Single arm push press 3 sets of 8 reps / arm
Front to lateral raise. 3 sets of 8
Heavy bicep curls. 3 sets of 10-12
That’s it!! Took 35 min and my arms feel great! 💪🏼

But that haircolor has processed 45 minutes in the bowl so the developer has died so it makes it a toner with very little color left to develop and I hope it neutralized your lift.
