Advanced 10-Minute At-Home BBG Abs Workout



Want to workout your abs, fast? This advanced abs routine is the perfect at-home BBG workout to strengthen and tone your core and abdominal muscles. Plus it only takes 10 minutes, making it perfect if you’re short on time and need a quick ab blast.

In this video, SWEAT trainer Kayla Itsines takes us through her BBG advanced abs workout. This routine should make your abs burn, and get your heart pumping at the same time. All you need is a skipping rope and a recovery band. If you don’t have this equipment, you can easily substitute by doing air skipping, and performing the recovery band exercises without the band.

To complete this ab blast workout, make sure you have enough space to skip, and to extend your body along the floor. You can do this indoors or outside, just make sure you’ve got enough space around you so you’re comfortable.

You will only need to complete five ab exercises. Here are the exercises you’ll be performing, along with the number of reps for each:

1. Side Plank & Hip Lift – 20 reps⁣
2. Alternating Bent-Leg Raise – 20 reps ⁣
3. X Crunch – 20 reps ⁣
4. Woodchop – 20 reps ⁣
5. Skipping – 50 reps⁣

Set a timer for 10 minutes and aim to complete as many laps of the five exercises as possible.
