Gian Piero Gasperini returns to Bergamo with Paulo Dybala, Evan Ferguson and Matias Soulé starting for Roma, as Atalanta rely on Charles De Ketelaere and Gianluca Scamacca.
It kicks off at the New Balance Arena at 19.45 GMT (20.45 CET).
You can follow all the build-up and action as it happens from today’s Serie A games on the Liveblog.

This is going to be an emotional evening for Gasperini, who spent nine years with La Dea and took them to their first ever European success, lifting the Europa League trophy.
They had struggled following his departure, but things have improved since Raffaele Palladino took over from sacked Ivan Juric on November 11.
Ademola Lookman and Odilon Kossounou are on international duty at AFCON, with Raoul Bellanova and Mitchel Bakker injured.
Davide Zappacosta has recovered after a muscular issue in the defeat to Inter.
Scamacca therefore leads the attack with De Ketelaere and Nicola Zalewski in support rather than Kamaldeen Sulemana or Lazar Samardzic.
Zalewski is in a more advanced role to usual and faces one of his former clubs.

Roma have slipped down the standings after a run of defeats to Napoli, Cagliari and Juventus, but got back on track to end 2025 by beating Genoa 3-1.
Evan Ndicka and Neil El Aynaoui are at the Africa Cup of Nations, but injury problems are piling up for Leon Bailey, Tommaso Baldanzi and Lorenzo Pellegrini.
Wesley isn’t at 100 per cent either, so is replaced by Devyne Rensch, but at least Soulé and Dybala have recovered from muscular issues to start, with Ferguson hoping to find some regular form upfront.
Artem Dovbyk is on the bench, but nowhere near fully fit after a month out.
