Carmen Electra Trusts the Wayans to Write a ‘Scary Movie’ That’s Un-Cancelable
Carmen Electra
‘Scary Movie 6’ Won’t Get ‘Canceled’ …
The Wayans Are Too Good at What They Do!!!
Published
With “Scary Movie 6” hitting theaters this year, we got Carmen Electra to dish on how she thinks the raunchy film franchise will do in the age of “cancel culture.”
Remember … Carmen starred in the first installment of the film franchise in 2000, which contained at least one or two jokes that wouldn’t pass today. But Carmen says the Wayans brothers are skilled enough to make a comedy for any time.
She told us, “I haven’t seen the script, so I’m not exactly sure what the new ‘Scary Movie’ is exactly going to be about. But I think for the most part, it’s so lighthearted and as long as it’s in the right context, I think it’ll be okay.”
She continued … “The Wayans are not careful, but they’re geniuses at what they do, so it’ll definitely be some fun.”
Keenan Ivory, Marlon and Shawn Wayans returned to write the script for the movie, expected this June. The announced cast includes Regina Hall, Anna Faris, Cheri Oteri, Damon Wayans Jr., Kim Wayans, Heidi Gardner and more.
Carmen wouldn’t reveal to us whether she’s returning or not … so we’re just gonna have to watch to find out!

Kids Today Don’t Understand Every Millennial’s Greatest Fear
By Jonathan Klotz
| Published

In the age of social media, generational gaps have never been more pronounced, from thinking of Jim Carrey as Ace Ventura, The Grinch, or Dr. Robotnik to “When you hear the name Rizzo, who do you think of?” It’s the same with quicksand: once a constant fear among Gen X and millennials, it’s nowhere to be found today.
For decades, especially during the 80s, Movies and TV shows would toss in a quicksand segment as if it were the most common way to die in the jungle, the desert, or the Swamp of Sadness (a bog is wet quicksand). Did Hollywood realize nothing could top The Princess Bride?
Quicksand Terrified Suburban Kids

Quicksand has been in movies since the beginning. It was a cheap special effect that typically involved a star kneeling in mud. The threat of a slow, agonizing death by way of suffocation added a built-in clock to the scene; after all, we can see them sink lower and lower into the ground. Water, dirt, and room to kneel are all you need to add a terrifying sequence to any western or jungle adventure.
One of the most memorable quicksand scenes is found in 1962’s Lawrence of Arabia. While a sandstorm is starting to engulf the desert, a young boy stumbles into quicksand, and our heroes run over to attempt a rescue using a strip of cloth. It’s a short scene, which makes it all the more terrifying when the boy can’t hold on and is sucked under the sand, never to be seen again. This is the scene that filmmakers spent years trying to emulate to add tension to their films.

The 60s were filled with quicksand, and when those kids grew up and started working in Hollywood, they brought their childhood fear and fascination of quicksand with them. By then, Blazing Saddles had already parodied the trope and few serious films were using it, but that didn’t matter, because the biggest fantasy and sci-fi films of the 80s: Krull, Beastmaster, The Princess Bride, The Neverending Story, Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome, even Enemy Mine tossed one in.

That’s not counting the cartoons of the 80s, which feel contractually obligated to include quicksand. G.I. Joe has some of the worst (or best) scenes, thanks to butterscotch quicksand that looks more like water (this is why Rick and Morty included a sign with the quicksand gun). For some reason, Cobra Commander getting stuck wasn’t the end of the trope; it appeared in the 90s in an episode of Baywatch.
Real Quicksand Is Annoying But Not Deadly

Oddly, it’s Baywatch that’s close to how quicksand is commonly found out in the real world – sinkholes. A guy is messing around on the beach, partially buried, when the tide starts coming in, and he realizes he can’t get up because of the water coming in from underneath. It doesn’t create a suction effect; rather, the liquid and solid sand mix together, alternating between being solid and porous enough that any bit of pressure causes them to part. Hence, the sinking, and why the best advice when stuck in quicksand is to remain calm and keep movements to the absolute minimum.
There’s something terrifying about the thought of being stuck in quicksand, unable to move, as any action on your part will only hasten your own death. It sounds like it would be great for a horror movie, except that real quicksand, which again, doesn’t have its own suction, is more of an annoyance than a deathtrap. Your knee might be dislocated from having to pull it out, but you won’t go low enough to drown, and it’s usually narrow enough that you can reach an edge and apply the bit of leverage needed to walk out. That’s where the generational gap comes in, because the science is clear and the reality of quicksand isn’t terrifying at all, but if you’re a millennial or Gen X, you can’t shake that feeling in the back of your head that there’s nothing more terrifying.

The use of quicksand in Hollywood has dropped to the point that kids today have no fear of the extreme danger that quicksand poses in their everyday lives. If they ever wander off into the desert or try to navigate the jungle, they won’t be prepared. Not like millennials, we’ve trained our whole lives for this moment, we’ve had countless nightmares about quicksand, and we’ll know exactly what to do to survive.
Lift your knee, step out.

Bianca Censori Rocks Pink Hair With Skimpy Outfit
Bianca Censori
On Wednesdays I Wear Pink
Published
Bianca Censori is strutting her stuff in a skimpy skirt and a top that shows off her breasts … but it’s what’s above the shoulders that should be catching everyone’s eye here.
Check out these photos of Kanye West‘s wife going out Wednesday in Los Angeles … she’s rocking pink hair!!!
The hair color is different, but everything else is the same old Bianca — lots of boobs and lots of leg — thanks to a silver mini skirt and a top that looks more like a bra than a traditional shirt.
Bianca recently had long, dark hair when we saw her going to an L.A. medspa for Valentine’s Day … but now she’s chopped her locks down to a pixie cut and dyed her hair pink.
No word on what inspired Bianca to switch up her hairstyle … but she was on her way to an art exhibit at the Roosevelt Hotel when photogs snapped her.

17 Colorful, Spring-Ready Lounge Sets I’m Snagging — From $19
Us Weekly has affiliate partnerships. We receive compensation when you click on a link and make a purchase. Learn more!
I love my comfy clothes as much as the next person, but at a certain point, loungewear started to feel . . . tired. If I’m going to be living in elastic waistbands all spring, my pieces might as well feel good (and fun) enough to wear for a day of emails, Zoom meetings and post-work walks. So I’m setting out to find lounge sets that bring more style to my WFH wardrobe without sacrificing on comfort.
My go-to picks right now include a bestselling Prettygarden set that instantly elevates my workday look and a chic Petal & Pup ribbed combo that’s perfect layered under a blazer for off-screen coffee runs. I also pulled cozy Free People knits, colorful Abercrombie two-pieces and soft Walmart pieces, too. These 17 lounge sets are pieces I’m actually loving for work days — starting at $19.
17 Spring-Ready Lounge Sets I’m Swapping in for Sweats
1. My Favorite: When I want elevated comfort, I grab this bestselling Prettygarden two-piece. Shoppers say it “looks expensive,” and the wide-leg silhouette makes it feel very polished.
2. Comfy Cotton: This cotton-blend set looks far more expensive than it is, thanks to the clean neckline and flowy wide-leg silhouette. It’s a monochrome moment that works just as well for coffee runs as it does for casual dinners.
3. A Bestseller: I’m not surprised that this henley set is a bestseller; the structured neckline makes it feel more styled than a standard pullover or hoodie. Plus, the wide-leg pants design feels relaxed, but still looks put together.
4. Floral Favorite: Florals instantly mood my boost, so this comfy knit set was an easy add to cart. The vibrant pattern feels like a much-needed break from my usual gray sweats.
5. Sleek Stripes: Stripes are my shortcut to looking styled in seconds. This soft knit set feels relaxed but still sharp enough for a coffee run.
6. Boho Babe: This Free People cardi set nails that laid-back vibe with a textured knit and slouchy jogger fit. The warm California Poppy shade feels effortlessly cool, especially when styled with tall boots.
7. Feminine Frills: I love when loungewear has a little personality, and the feminine accents on this ruffle-detail set make it feel extra special. It’s the kind of pretty set I’d happily wear all day.
8. French-Inspired: This Adore Me lounge set channels the effortless French girl vibe I love. The cutout accents and striking red shade add just enough intrigue for an at-home date night.
9. Errands-Chic: This ribbed tank and pant combo from Petal & Pup is my shortcut to looking styled with almost zero effort. I wear it for errands, quick meetings and more.
10. Major Markdown: Finding a chic three-piece set on sale for 60% feels like a win. The textured pointelle knit makes this option feel thoughtful, and I love that I can mix and match the layers.
11. Velour Revival: I can’t resist a smooth velour set, especially when it has subtle ruching for shape. It gives me that nostalgic glam vibe without feeling dated.
12. The Elevated Sweatpant: Abercrombie’s brushed wide-leg sweatpants are a style I keep in heavy rotation. They’re soft, drapey and flattering at the waist — I usually pair them with something fitted on top.
13. Prettiest Prints: From polka dots to soft florals and even bold leopard, this Hollister hoodie proves that a cozy sweater doesn’t have to be plain. The oversized fit, plush fleece and fun patterns make it both comfortable and eye catching.
14. Custom Fit: When I’m tired of neutrals, I reach for these Old Navy Sweatpants to instantly refresh my outfit. The bold shades do all the work — and with regular, tall and petite lengths, they’re designed to actually fit.
15. Buttery Soft: This two-piece set lives up to its buttery-soft reputation — it honestly feels like wearing a cloud. I love how it drapes without clinging.
16. Airport Approved: I always reach for this Amazon travel set for long flight days. The soft fabric feels cozy, and the pleated front detail keeps it looking polished.
17. Petite Perfection: Spring calls for softer pastels, and this lavender-hue tracksuit feels like the right reset. It keeps the cozy sweatshirt slash sweatpants formula intact, and comes in petite sizing, too.

Spy Ninjas HQ Accident Leaves 10-Year-Old W/ Concussion
Yikes! A birthday celebration at a Las Vegas trampoline park quickly turned chaotic earlier this month. What was meant to be a fun-filled day for 10-year-old Knox at Spy Ninjas HQ ended in panic, screams, and a serious injury. Meanwhile, the incident left family members shaken and viewers stunned.

Birthday Celebration Turns Into Terrifying Zip Line Fall
Knox was reportedly celebrating his birthday at Spy Ninjas HQ on Feb. 7 when he was strapped into an indoor zip line harness and sent gliding across the course — only to fall nearly 20 feet. The footage shows the person filming immediately dropping the phone to rush to the boy, while several adults sprinted over amid panicked voices. Additionally, his uncle, Navonte Hill, told 8 News Now that Knox “landed straight on his back and head.“
Family Details Zip Line Fall
Unfortunately, Knox suffered a concussion from the fall, but the family confirmed that he is expected to return to school soon. Despite the frightening incident, the boy’s family has expressed relief that he is on the mend, and they thanked responders for their quick action. Hill also revealed the family can no longer watch the footage, calling it too “traumatizing.” He described the incident as “definitely the scariest moment as a family,” especially since it happened on Knox’s birthday.
Spy Ninjas HQ Takes Action After Zip Line Fall
Following the incident, the park said staff responded immediately in accordance with emergency protocols. They have since temporarily closed the zip line and rope courses. An independent safety inspector was brought in to audit the equipment, and the attractions team underwent retraining with an external expert. The park confirmed that the attractions will only reopen once deemed fully safe.
A spokesperson told PEOPLE in a statement on Wednesday, February 18:
“At HQ, nothing matters more to us than the safety and well-being of our guests. On February 7, 2026, an incident occurred involving a young guest at our park. We have communicated with the family, and our hearts go out to the child and their family, and our entire team wishes them a full and speedy recovery.”
The incident has left the community shaken, but Spy Ninjas HQ has remained open for business while implementing extra precautions. Also, the park expressed sympathy for the child and family, while thanking the Las Vegas community for its patience amid the investigation.

Netflix’s Near-Perfect Thriller Drops 40% in Viewership Before Season 4’s Major Changes
Once considered a pinnacle show, The Night Agent now faces legitimate questions about its long-term viability. When Netflix‘s spy drama returned for Season 3, although viewership numbers were good, they were significantly lower than in the past few seasons and signified an ongoing downward trend for the series that has fans — and, more significantly, executives — keeping an eye on.
That said, there are no imminent risks of cancellation, but the data shows a much more complex picture than initially perceived, given the show’s previous seasons’ success. Also, major changes are already underway behind the scenes regarding whether the show will see Season 4.
‘The Night Agent’ Season 3’s Opening Numbers Signal a Clear Downward Trend
Season 1 debuted to a massive 20.6 million views in its first week. Season 2 slipped to roughly 13.9 million. Season 3 has now opened with 8.4 million views — a drop of nearly 40% from Season 2 and about 59% from the series’ breakout launch. To be clear, declining viewership between seasons is common in streaming. Even when a successful Netflix drama makes a splash, it tends to lose viewers over time after its initial launch. What distinguishes this decline is its steepness and the consistent pattern observed over three seasons in a row.
Additionally, in Season 3, instead of debuting at the top of Netflix’s English TV chart as it did for the first two seasons, the show only reached number two, which gives its previous rise to number one a notable difference in that it had previously been ranked consistently as number one in its category. In addition, the streaming service as a whole continues to perform below the leading shows and will instead be compared to mid-tier shows.
In any case, proper historical context must be maintained. An 8.4 million debut is far from a flop. Many Netflix originals have been renewed with smaller openings. Viewership declines rarely come down to one single factor, and Season 3’s softer launch likely reflects a mix of timing, competition, and natural audience erosion. The new season arrived in a crowded streaming window, with multiple high-profile releases competing for attention. Major live events — including the recent Milano Cortina Olympics window — may also have pulled casual viewers away during the opening weekend.
There’s also the simple reality of franchise fatigue. It’s possible that, after a nearly two-year break between the early seasons and the significantly quicker turnaround in subsequent seasons, some drop-off in viewership was to be expected. This wasn’t unexpected due in part to the show having a procedural-meets-serial structure, which does not perhaps create as strong of an incentive for viewers to continue watching the following week as compared to what might occur when you have a large amount of episodic programming that continues to generate intrigue for your viewers from one episode to another (25-40% more viewership of Season 3 was completed during the opening weekend as was found with season 2). If that completion rate holds, it could weigh heavily in the show’s favor.
All episodes of the new season are available to stream now.
Season 4 Is Already Quietly Taking Shape
Despite the softer numbers, Netflix and producer Sony Pictures Television are clearly preparing for the possibility of another mission. A writer’s room for Season 4 has been active since 2025, with series creator Shawn Ryan and his team already breaking story and drafting scripts. That level of development typically signals strong internal confidence — even if an official renewal hasn’t arrived yet.
Perhaps the biggest clue about the show’s future is financial. The production recently secured a $31.6 million California tax credit contingent on relocating filming to Los Angeles, Deadline reported. The move is designed to reduce costs and potentially refresh the show’s creative energy after multiple seasons centered around Washington, D.C., and New York. Ryan has suggested the Los Angeles setting is story-driven. According to the creative team, Season 4’s narrative world is specifically suited to the city, hinting at a meaningful tonal or structural shift if the series continues.
If Season 4 gets the green light, it may look meaningfully different from what audiences have grown used to. Each season of the thriller already functions as a semi-contained mission for Peter Sutherland (Gabriel Basso), but the Los Angeles relocation could serve as a soft reboot. New geography, new political players, and a shifting supporting cast would give the series room to evolve rather than simply repeat its established formula.
Season 3 has already pushed Peter into murkier territory, involving dark-money networks and high-level political corruption. That escalation suggests the writers are aware that the show must keep raising the stakes to maintain momentum. From Netflix’s perspective, the decision will likely come down to metrics the public can’t see — especially completion rate and long-tail viewing over the next several weeks. If Season 3 demonstrates strong binge behavior and global staying power, the path to Season 4 remains very real.
Though The Night Agent is not dead, viewership has declined, raising questions about its long-term success, as production moves suggest confidence will not continue. Presently, it is in a mixed situation: it is still producing sound programming, but creative production is said to be underway, and it will have a rough road ahead. Season 4 may ultimately depend less on opening-week fireworks and more on whether Peter Sutherland’s latest mission has the legs to keep viewers hitting “next episode.”

WWE Superstar Kiana James Fires Back At Tom Brady, Get In The Ring!
WWE Superstar Kiana James
Fires Back At TB12
… ‘Get In The Ring!!!’
Published
TMZ’s Inside The Ring
Tom Brady might think pro wrestling is “very cute” … but WWE Superstar Kiana James says if the NFL legend wants to truly find out how tough it is, there’s an easy solution — step into the ring!
The WWE Superstar joined TMZ’s Inside The Ring podcast this week … where she was asked about Brady’s viral comment, aimed at Logan Paul.
“I don’t want to fault anyone for their ignorance,” James told us. “When you’re unfamiliar with something, there’s a level of ignorance there.”
Kiana clearly isn’t taking the slight personally … though she does have an idea.
“The best answer is to get him in the ring,” she said. “Have him run the ropes and take a bump — and then let’s see what his answer is.”
Waiting for your permission to load the Twitter Tweet.
If you missed the OG comments, TB12, during a recent back-and-forth ahead of the Fanatics Flag Football Classic, brushed off Logan after he compared his athleticism to NFL players, calling his in-ring WWE skills “very cute.”
Tom in a WWE ring isn’t exactly a wild idea, either.
The promotion has leaned heavily into celebrity crossovers in recent years, with stars like Paul and Bad Bunny proving they can physically hang inside the squared circle.
And while Brady is widely considered the greatest quarterback of all time, James made it clear pro wrestling requires a different kind of toughness … one that can’t be understood from the outside looking in.
If Tom ever does lace up the boots, James is confident he might rethink his stance.
As for Kiana, she’s got her own huge test ahead — she heads to Elimination Chamber this Saturday in Chicago, competing in the Women’s Chamber Match for a shot at a championship at WrestleMania.

Congressman Al Green Thinks His SOTU Confrontation of Donald Trump Was Needed
Rep. Al Green
Trump Needed to Be Confronted at SOTU!!!
Published
TMZ.com
Democratic Congressman Al Green thinks peaceful protests still matter … especially when it comes to President Donald Trump and his incendiary language and conduct.
Green, a representative for the state of Texas, made headlines last night when he held up a “Black People Aren’t Apes!” sign at the State of the Union address … and he explained to TMZ the importance of an IRL rebuke.
See … Green was sure Trump had heard about or read some of the blowback from his racist post depicting Barack and Michelle Obama as apes, but Green didn’t believe Trump had been confronted. And according to Green, having someone call you out directly to your face is a whole other ball game.
Green says that as Trump made his way down the aisle, Green — who had intentionally procured a seat near the aisle — told Trump “Black people aren’t apes.”
CNN
According to Green, Trump immediately took a step forward to “disengage.” Then Green moved on to Plan B, which involved holding up the sign that read “Black People Aren’t Apes!” This was seems to have been what got him tossed out of the chamber.
As far as penalties being imposed for his protest … Green doesn’t think that’d be applicable. The way he sees it, MAGA members were wearing hats with signage spreading their message, so what’s the difference?
This is the second year in a row Green was removed from a speech to Congress delivered by Trump … last year Trump had just called his 2024 victory a “mandate” when Green stood up and shouted, “You have no mandate to cut Medicaid.” The Speaker of the House ordered Green’s removal from the chamber.
Watch the video to hear what Green thought about Texas Rep. Troy Nehls trying to snatch the sign away from him on his way out last night.
