Ajman real estate transactions hit $757m in December, up 22 per cent year-on-year

Ajman recorded 1,623 real estate transactions worth AED2.78bn ($757m) in December, marking a 22 per cent increase compared to the same period in 2024.

According to data from the Ajman Real Estate Index, Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said Al Jurf Industrial 2 recorded the highest transaction value at AED28m ($7.6m).

He also said that 198 mortgage transactions exceeded AED339.8m ($92.5m) during the month.

Al Muhairi said December witnessed record-breaking activity driven by rising direct demand, underscoring the strength and resilience of Ajman’s real estate sector.

He noted that Emirates City led major developments during the month, while Al Helio 2 emerged as the most traded neighbourhood, reflecting sustained investor and end-user interest across key residential and industrial zones in the emirate.
