Mulgrave Properties: luxury four homes in North Yorkshire

The properties, part of The Paddock development by Mulgrave Properties, are set within the village of Brafferton and include three detached four-bedroom homes and one detached five-bedroom property, with two of the houses already reserved.

The development is located off St Peters Close, with construction having started in September.

Full planning permission for two of the houses was granted in October 2023, with detailed plans for the remaining two approved in November 2024.

The properties are expected to be completed by March 2026.
