    Thank you for this🙏 I had surgery in my neck ~5 months ago, this is really helping with my mobility and (I don’t know if there’s a term for this) helping me with being steady and more in control with my movements in the muscles around my neck area

    If u do this it will take a lot of time its better doing with some weight even if u dont have dummbles u can just use like a backpack fill it with books how much u want and just do some excersises it works rlly good trust me .
