Irish Cup: Five Irish Cup fifth round matches postponed

Five of Saturday’s Irish Cup fifth round matches have been postponed due to frozen pitches.

Strabane Athletic v Glentoran and the all-Premiership tie between Ballymena United and Larne have been postponed.

Lisburn Distillery v Warrenpoint Town, Ballinamallard United v Institute and Comber Rec v Ballymacash Rangers have also been called off following a pitch inspection.

The Strabane v Glentoran game has been rearranged to Tuesday, 20 January (19:45 GMT) at the Oval with no rearranged dates for the other game announced yet.

Limavady United v Lisburn Rangers is set to go ahead as planned following a pitch inspection.

Knockbreda v Loughgall, Glenavon v Newington, Carrick Rangers v Queen’s University, Portadown v Annagh United and Armagh City v Drumaness Mills are all subject to pitch inspections.
