Reece, who up until this point had no idea who the Traitors were, took a punt on Jack, Ellie and Rachel.

And when pressed by Fiona about what he thought of her status on the series, Reece told her: “I think you’re a faithful”.

But the Welsh local government advisor left him completely shocked when she admitted: “I am a Traitor”.

“No you’re not!”, Reece responded in sheer disbelief, raising his hands to his head.

The pair laughed together about the shock revelation, as Reece continued: “You said about Hugo – you stabbed Hugo in the back”.

Fiona asked Reece whether he even thought there was a possibility she could be a Traitor, with the murdered cast mate admitting he was not expecting the bombshell.

“That has thrown me off”, he continued, as he attempted to gather his words.

He was then shown the names of the series’ remaining Traitors – Stephen and Rachel.

Reece didn’t appear too shocked as Stephen’s name appeared, despite not appearing in his initial list of choices.

But as he saw Rachel appear on the scroll, Reece blurted “I knew it”, as his suspicions around the 42-year-old were confirmed.

The sweet shop assistant confessed to having no game plan as he recalled his time on the show.

Speaking after leaving the castle, he said: “It actually dawned on me on the first night that ‘I’m here but I don’t have a plan, and I don’t know what I’m doing’.

“I was thrown in the deep end and didn’t know how to swim, but I think that probably is down to the fact that I wanted to be myself.”

Speaking about his first impressions of his co-stars, Reece admitted he made a fatal mistake in unknowingly gravitating towards the Traitors.

He said: “The first person I remember seeing is Stephen. Just the elegance of that man is through the roof. I remember his first day outfit was like the denim on denim, and we were just thinking, ‘wow, he is so put together!’

“In my train carriage was Hugo, Rachel and Fiona so they were naturally the people I stuck with the most because they were my day ones.

“The fact that they were all Traitors didn’t work very well for me, did it? We should have just turned the train around.”

It came after a jaw dropping kitchen showdown sparked the beginning of the end for Welsh pocket rocket Fiona, who was overthrown on Friday.

One of the series’ fan-favourites, Fiona admitted that she was a “master of my own demise” as she was voted off by nine other players – including her fellow Traitors Rachel and Stephen.

The pair were sobbing as they turned against one of their own, but Fiona has since let bygones be bygones, and admitted to The Sun that she hopes they are “part of the final”.

She went on to brand rival Rachel as “phenomenal” and “absolutely amazing” before adding: “I’ve got so much respect for that woman.”
