Global Partners launches luxury residential masterplan at Dubai Creek
Global Partners Limited has unveiled plans for a landmark residential masterplan at Dubai Creek, marking its second fund-backed development in the UAE and reinforcing its ambitions to deliver design-led, lifestyle-focused communities.
Spanning more than 127,000 square metres, the fully integrated development will allocate around 70 per cent of the site to landscaped gardens and open spaces, creating a low-density environment that blends modern living with natural surroundings. The project is scheduled for official launch in 2026.
The announcement follows the signing of a formal agreement at the OCTA Sales Centre, marking a new phase in the partnership between Global Partners and its exclusive sales and marketing partner, OCTA Properties.
New Dubai Creek masterplan revealed
Designed with a strong emphasis on wellness and liveability, the masterplan will feature low-rise residential buildings positioned to maximise views of Downtown Dubai, Dubai Creek and nearby parkland. A curated selection of retail venues will be integrated within the community to support daily convenience and foster a vibrant neighbourhood atmosphere.
Bader Saeed Hareb, Executive Chairman of Global Partners Property Fund II, said the project aims to elevate urban living standards in one of Dubai’s most sought-after locations. “What began as a vision to elevate urban living standards will soon become reality, with construction commencing in 2026,” he said. “This masterplan is designed to provide families, couples, and investors with a tranquil lifestyle in one of Dubai’s most sought-after communities.”
The development will also include two branded residential components delivered in collaboration with internationally recognised hotel brands. These branded residences are intended to bring hospitality-led services and global standards of luxury to the community, combining exclusivity with long-term lifestyle appeal.
Fawaz Sous, chief executive of OCTA Properties, said the project represents a new chapter for Dubai’s residential landscape. “We are proud to be the exclusive sales and marketing partner for this visionary development,” he said. “This community represents a new chapter in Dubai’s residential landscape, and we look forward to presenting this opportunity to discerning buyers worldwide.”
Residents will benefit from a secluded, nature-rich environment while remaining closely connected to Dubai’s main business districts, cultural attractions and transport links, underlining Dubai Creek’s appeal as a central yet tranquil destination.
Global Partners Properties, the real estate development arm of Global Partners Limited, was established in 2025 and is headquartered in the Dubai International Financial Centre. The firm said the Dubai Creek project reflects its broader strategy to reimagine the city’s urban fabric through institutional-grade, world-class real estate developments.
