Permission has been granted to extend a dental practice on Skinnergate.

The approved plans allow the former shop at 76A Skinnergate to be incorporated into the neighbouring surgery.

Internal alterations will create new treatment rooms and support areas.

Garage to beauty room

A garage in Ullswater Avenue can be converted into a beauty treatment room.

The retrospective application for 6 Ullswater Avenue covered alteration and the addition of a front parking space.

Planning permission was granted with conditions.

Car park tree works

Works have been approved for several trees in a protected group behind 27 High Row.

The council has consented to crown lifting, deadwood removal, and pruning to ensure clearance from nearby buildings and infrastructure.
