Five men arrested after post office burglary in Cambridgeshire village

The men remain in custody while investigations continue

Five men have been arrested following a burglary at a Cambridgeshire village post office. Cambridgeshire Police arrested the five men after a post office in Eaton Socon, near St Neots, was broken into on Sunday (January 11).

After the men were arrested, officers recovered a number of vapes and cigarettes. The men remain in custody while investigations continue.

A police spokesperson said: “Five men have been arrested following a burglary at a post office in Eaton Socon on Sunday.

“Thanks to calls received from members of the public and enquiries by officers, the men were arrested yesterday evening and a number of vapes and cigarettes have been recovered. All five men remain in custody while investigations continue.”
