Juventus hope to beat Barcelona as Bournemouth informed about Senesi talks

Tuttosport newspaper reports that Juventus have informed Bournemouth that they are in talks with their defender Marcos Senesi over a free transfer in the summer.

Juventus are in talks to sign Bournemouth defender Senesi on a free transfer in June.

The Argentine defender’s contract runs out in June 2026, so the Bianconeri have already initiated talks to move it to Turin as a free agent in June.

Previous reports claimed Juventus were ready to send an offer to the 28-year-old, who has spent the last four seasons at Bournemouth, having joined the English club in a €15m deal from Feyenoord in 2022.

According to the report (via TMW), Barcelona are also interested in Senesi, but Juventus hope they have moved quickly enough to secure a deal first.

Juventus are in talks for more potential free transfers in June, having reportedly initiated talks with Bernardo Silva’s entourage as well as Celta Vigo’s Oscar Mingueza.

The latter, however, remains a target for the January window as the Bianconeri are working to bring him to Turin six months before the end of his contract.
