    I know there are more workout videos and programs on YouTube, but I'm keep coming back for this workout!🥰 this workout is so effective & toning my body. Lost weight before wedding in 2016, lost baby weight in 2017 using this workout, and now, I'm doing this again to lose baby #2 weight in 2020.

    Here in 2021 tryna get my body back before next semester and this workout was by far the best I’ve seen (for what I’m looking for) kept me motivated and doing new stuff every 12 reps. I was able to do the whole thing (mostly) and I look forward to continue doing this!

    I've been using this work out on and off when I can't get to the gym for the past 5 years. It is so effective and gives you a burn while being varied and fun enough to get you through to the end. I actually get DOMS (in my glutes!) when I do this! Best full body workout I have found on YT

✔️9 Total Body Exercises
✔️Timed Intervals of Work (40 seconds of work, followed by 20 seconds of rest)
✔️Repeat All 9 Exercises x2 Sets
✔️4-Minute AMRAP Finisher (repeating 4 dumbbell exercises from the workout as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 4-minutes)

As I promised, this channel is all about mixing and matching. You can use short workouts to strengthen your entire body, burn calories, work on mobility, balance, and improve your endurance.
