Network International and flydubai have announced a collaboration to introduce an enhanced payment experience for passengers at Dubai International Airport, integrating Network’s Push to Pay solution across flydubai’s airport service touchpoints.

Under the commercial agreement, Network International has deployed its Push to Pay technology on point-of-sale terminals used by flydubai at DXB.

The solution removes the need for manual data entry, enabling faster and more secure transactions for passengers during airport interactions.

The payment system supports major international card schemes including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners, and also expands acceptance to Jaywan, the UAE’s national payment scheme.

The integration is intended to provide passengers with greater flexibility when completing transactions at the airport.

Jamal Al Nassai, Group Managing Director, Merchant Services, at Network International, said: “Our collaboration with flydubai reflects our shared commitment to innovation and elevating the customer experience at every touchpoint. By integrating our Push to Pay solutions on POS terminals, we are helping deliver a smoother, more efficient journey for travellers.”

Francois Oberholzer, Chief Financial Officer at flydubai, said: “Investing in the latest digital solutions has been a longstanding commitment at flydubai, which is why we are pleased to have collaborated with Network International. As our operations continue to grow, offering our customers seamless payment solutions will ensure that we continue to enhance our operational efficiency while delivering a convenient and elevated travel experience, both on the ground and in the air.”
