The 25-year-old is the co-founder of a nutrition bar company

As BBC game show The Traitors enters its final week, the number of Faithful are swiftly dwindling along with their chances of taking home the prize pot.

There are just two Traitors now left in the game – down from the initial four – but the Faithful have been struggling to work out exactly who they are. While Stephen Libby has come under increasing suspicion, his co-conspirator Rachel Duffy has remained relatively under-the-radar.

Despite playing the game as a Faithful since day one, Jade Scott has been accused of being a Traitor relentlessly at the Round Tables, including by retired Metropolitan Police detective Amanda Collier. Despite having plenty of heat on her from her co-stars, Jade has managed to cling on to her place in the game.

Last week, viewers watched as the players shared a dinner together and opened up about their lives and prize money plans. The touching moment happens every season and offers viewers a glimpse into who the players really are away from the show.

Who is Jade Scott on The Traitors?

The West Midlands native is taking part in Series 4 of BBC game show The Traitors. She is 25 years old and one of the youngest of this year’s line-up.

She has a science background, holding a degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Warwick and is now studying for a PhD. She also has her own start-up, a nutrition bar company called FEM, which she co-founded with her partner Sam.

On the FEM website Jade states: “In my personal life, I also experienced cycle-related symptoms and thought I just had to get on with it. That was until I learned about the different phases of my cycle, how my symptoms relate to each one, and which micronutrients my body needs to feel supported.

“This inspired me to start FEM with my partner, Sam, not only to help women better understand their bodies, but also to further research by reinvesting part of our profits into women’s health.”

Ahead of her stint on the programme, she told the BBC: “I also enjoy the gym and running. I’m quite an observant person, I’m good with people and I pick up on things that a lot of people think I miss, but that might change if you ask me that at the end of the show.”

Family tragedy

During the dinner party that aired on Friday night (January 16), Jade opened up about a heartbreaking personal tragedy that left her co-stars in stunned silence. The 25-year-old revealed that in 2018, her mother and sibling were found dead.

“My parents got divorced when I was seven. My mum moved back to Hong Kong. She had a kid, and then in 2018, they were both found dead,” she recounted.

“I’ve had to really rebuild myself from that point onwards. So I’m really proud of myself for getting here and getting this far. But I’d actually just really like my own home. Somewhere I could call my own.”

The PhD student appears to be in a relationship with Sam Brown Light, who left his job to start FEM with Jade and regularly appears on her social media.

His bio on the FEM site offers a glimpse into their relationship, stating: “After meeting Jade in early 2025, I left my job to co-found FEM and bring my industry experience to the mission.

“I’m proud to stand alongside a partner who’s determined to change the world, and together, that’s exactly what we intend to do.”
