Tesco has unveiled a new method to triple the value of your Clubcard vouchers. Clubcard holders will be able to triple their Clubcard points when converting them into vouchers to use at ASK Italian, Bella Italia, Frankie and Benny’s, Prezzo Italian, Zizzi and Las Iguanas.
This means £10 worth of Clubcard vouchers will become a £30 reward code to use at these dining establishments. Tesco announced customers would be able to triple their Clubcard points when using them at PizzaExpress shortly before Christmas.
The development means Tesco customers can now receive triple Clubcard voucher value at seven of Britain’s top restaurant chains. Tesco previously permitted customers to triple their Clubcard vouchers across all its Reward Partners, but it reduced this benefit to just double the value in June 2023. Tesco has more than 100 Reward Partners including Thorpe Park, Hotels.com, Disney+ and Legoland, reports the Mirror.
Tesco Group Membership and Loyalty Director Shama Wilson said: “With the third Monday in January often being labelled as Blue Monday and the most miserable day of the year, we hope today’s news will help lift the nation’s spirits, with Clubcard members now able to get even better value from their vouchers as they enjoy a meal out.
“The move to triple voucher value at PizzaExpress before Christmas was really popular with our Clubcard members, so we are delighted that five more of our existing Reward Partners are moving to triple value from today and that our new Reward Partner Las Iguanas is joining us at triple value.”
Tesco customers earn one Clubcard point for every £1 spent on shopping in stores and online, or one point for every two litres of fuel purchased at a Tesco petrol station. Every £1 spent on Tesco Mobile earns one point, whilst every £4 spent on a Tesco credit card also generates one point. Customers will also receive one point for every £1 spent using a Tesco Clubcard Pay+ debit card. A minimum of 150 points is required to obtain a Clubcard voucher, which has a value of £1.50 to spend in Tesco.
