DAMAC Properties closes record-breaking 2025 with $9.8 billion in sales
DAMAC Properties closed 2025 in record manner, clocking total sales of AED36 billion ($9.8 billion).
DAMAC Properties thus ranked the No1 private developer in the UAE, steered by visionary leadership, robust fundamentals, new launches and global partnerships.

In November 2025, DAMAC Properties achieved AED11 billion ($3 billion) in sales in just five hours for DAMAC Islands 2, confirming sustained demand for luxury waterfront, resort-style communities in Dubai. This result surpassed the record-breaking DAMAC Islands launch in 2024, which generated over AED10.2 billion ($2.78 billion) in sales in under 24 hours and was recognised by Guinness World Records for the highest revenue from a real estate launch in a single day.
DAMAC Islands 2 was just one of the several projects launched in 2025. expanded locally and internationally, with pioneering global partnerships. These included the Chelsea Residences in partnership with Chelsea Football Club, as well as other successful launches like master community Riverside, and DAMAC District.
Riverside Views was DAMAC’s first launch of 2025, which was attended by international celebrities, including Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan. Chelsea Residences by DAMAC features a unique investment proposition, combining Chelsea FC’s brand equity with its unique location on Dubai’s last prime waterfront lands, offering unobstructed 270-degree views of the Arabian Gulf and the skyline.
The company later launched Capri One in August, adding another residential cluster designed around water views and community living, and DAMAC District in September.
It’s biggest launch was DAMAC Islands 2, a waterfront master community that expands its developer’s island-living portfolio. The developer also officially entered the Iraqi market with the Phase One launch of DAMAC Hills Baghdad.
Since being founded in 2002 by Hussain Sajwani, DAMAC Properties has had a robust track record, having delivered over 50,000 units, with over 54,000 more under construction.
