Dubai Holding acquires five-star Jumeirah Mallorca to expand luxury hospitality footprint in Europe
Dubai Holding has announced the acquisition of the five-star Jumeirah Mallorca in Spain, strengthening its international hospitality portfolio as it continues to invest in high-quality global assets.
The property, which has been successfully operated under Jumeirah for several years, will continue to be managed by the brand, Dubai Holding’s flagship hospitality arm and global luxury hotel company.
Jumeirah Mallorca is a world-class luxury retreat featuring 121 rooms, located on the northwest coast of Mallorca.
The resort offers panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the UNESCO-listed Serra de Tramuntana mountain range and has achieved the prestigious LEED Platinum certification, reflecting its strong sustainability and environmental performance credentials.
Dubai Holding said it plans to invest further in enhancing the product offering at the property, with the ambition of positioning Jumeirah Mallorca as one of the brand’s flagship destinations in the wider Mediterranean region.

The transaction further strengthens Jumeirah’s presence in Europe’s leading leisure destinations and supports its long-term ambition to become the world’s most influential hospitality brand.
With established properties in London and Capri, and the forthcoming opening of Jumeirah Le Richemond Geneva in Switzerland, the brand continues to expand across major gateway cities and resort locations, reinforcing its position in the global luxury hospitality market.
