$10 million penthouse crowns bold Ras Al Khaimah beachfront development
Ras Al Khaimah’s transformation into a luxury residential destination accelerated this week as ELEVATE and Ennismore launched the Mondrian Al Marjan Island Beach Residences at an event at Atlantis The Royal.
The AED1.8 billion development, the first Mondrian-branded beachfront project in Ras Al Khaimah, signals developer confidence in Al Marjan Island’s emergence as a rival to Dubai’s premium coastal destinations.
The project forms the centrepiece of ELEVATE’s US$1 billion UAE pipeline and has already generated significant buyer interest, with units selling rapidly, according to the developer.
At the apex of the 343-residence scheme sits a 10,000 square foot Sky Mansion priced at $10 million. The flagship unit features 28-foot ceilings, a private rooftop garden and an infinity pool overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
“This development echoes our vision of creating premium, lifestyle-led destinations and will offer global residents and investors a new benchmark for branded beachfront living,” said Abdulla Al Abdouli, Group CEO of Marjan.
The project’s timing capitalises on Al Marjan Island’s momentum as a tourism and residential destination, with the upcoming Wynn Al Marjan Island casino resort next door adding to the location’s appeal.
Gensler’s architecture and Bergman Design House interiors position the development to compete with established branded residence offerings across the UAE.
The product mix spans one- to three-bedroom apartments through to three- to five-bedroom townhouses and sky villas, supported by over 60,000 square feet of amenities including the Mondrian Sky Club, Fi’lia Beach, fitness facilities, infinity pools and concierge services.
