Abu Dhabi real estate: Delivery begins on $191m Ohana by the Sea luxury villas

Ohana Development has begun delivery at Ohana by the Sea, its AED700m ($191m) luxury fully customised villa community located in Al Jurf along the Abu Dhabi–Dubai coastline.

The development comprises 75 exclusive villas ranging from four to seven bedrooms, with sizes spanning 340 sqm to 1,000 sqm.

Designed with contemporary architecture and spacious layouts, the beachfront community emphasises a strong connection to its coastal surroundings and remains on track for completion by Q1 2026.

Rashed Ali Al Omaira, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre at the Department of Municipalities and Transport, recently visited the project. He was received by Husein Salem, Chief Executive Officer, and Mustafa El Sammak, Chief Operating Officer of Ohana Development, alongside senior executives from the company.

The visit focused on reviewing construction progress, with the delegation briefed on key milestones and delivery timelines.

Ohana Development begins delivery of luxury villas

Located in Al Jurf, the development sits within an area known for its natural landscapes, turquoise waters, and a protected reserve home to gazelles, native trees, and occasional flamingo sightings along the shoreline.

The destination also holds strong heritage value due to its proximity to the historic palace of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, reinforcing its cultural and historical significance.
